Child Responsive Budgeting in Trinidad and Tobago


This study was commissioned by UNICEF Trinidad and Tobago in order to analyse the impact of the global economic crisis on the country's 2009 budget. The report also aimed at developing a tool for budget analysis in order to determine allocation and spending patterns by sector, through the collection and analysis of key documents from each government ministry over the period 2001 to 2009.
